Chapter 4

For articles and stuff like that on the internet I don’t know there were identification numbers on them. The DOI is a cool concept and being able to identify certain things is important. It will be easy to track and ensure that if anything is on there that isn’t supposed to be there people can go and see if it was removed. If I ever publish something and feel like it was plagiarized, I know I can report it and maybe I can receive the id to track the information of the criminal.
A lot of the other information on this section beginning seems to be common knowledge. There wasn’t much to learn it was only informing me how to find certain things like weather and health information. I already know about the time filters and date filters. I have my own websites I use for weather, new and employment opportunities.  4.1 is fille with info that someone who never used a browser would need, but not a computer major.
Plagiarism is common knowledge in the modern day. Most people do not know the in-depth details, but if you do not plan on getting in the business of using others works then one doesn’t need it. In the future of my work, I will either always ask for permission or I will go to a site offering uncopyrighted free use text, graphics, and thoughts. I will never blatantly rip off someone’s work and in the past I have asked and made sure to pay or get permission to use property.
